We previously discussed what it takes to sell your house but what happens once you list it?
There was a flurry of activity that most first-time sellers likely aren’t expecting and we definitely didn’t know what to expect. Nothing goes according to plan 100% and it’s not as smooth as you may think. Today, we are going to cover 5 things that happened once we listed our house and some tips and extra info that popped up along our journey.

Call To Order: Make a plan for potentially selling your home. If you were to take another job or have to make a sudden move, would you be ready? What if you were to put your home on the market and it doesn’t sell as quickly as you would have hoped? Are you willing to put in more money for repairs or come down on your price? Do your research on the housing market, understand the language and how transactions are running now versus when you may have bought your home. Is it a seller's market or a buyer’s market? Have a plan in mind and know where you’re willing to compromise or stand your ground if needed.
